Pricing, minimums, lead times, dietary options, weddings, holidays, rentals, and florals — everything we get asked most often.
Home / General
We cater office breakfasts and lunches, winery gatherings, birthdays, showers, memorials, holiday parties, weddings, and other private or professional events. Service can range from a simple delivery of prepared platters to a staffed buffet, family-style meal, or plated dinner for a much larger celebration.
We serve Napa and consider events throughout the surrounding North Bay, including Fairfield and Vallejo, as well as other Napa Valley communities. Availability depends on the exact address, event date, order size, and staffing requirements, so include the complete location when requesting Napa catering.
Most drop-off catering requires at least 72 hours of notice. Staffed events may sometimes be accepted as late as 10 days before the date, but two to three weeks is a safer planning window. Weekends and the months of June, November, and December tend to reach capacity first.
Yes. Many dishes are available for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free needs. Share the exact restrictions and number of affected guests when ordering so the team can recommend a balanced menu and accurately identify applicable selections on the final order.
Choose drop-off when you want hot or chilled food delivered ready to serve and your group can oversee the meal and cleanup. Choose full service when you want attendants, professional buffet equipment, replenishment, coordinated presentation, and catering-area breakdown managed for you.
Weddings
A staffed buffet offers variety and a relaxed guest flow. Family-style service brings shared dishes to each table for a warm, communal experience. Plated service creates the most structured and formal reception. The venue layout, timeline, budget, and atmosphere will help determine the right choice.
Wedding service may include menu planning, setup, professional staff, buffet or table service, replenishment, and cleanup of the catering areas. Couples may also add appetizers, coffee and tea, cakes, bartenders, tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, florals, and coordinated tablescape design.
Yes. Mobile tastings are complimentary for confirmed weddings. A tasting may also be purchased before signing a contract; when the wedding is later booked with us, the tasting charge can be removed from the final bill.
Wedding packages generally range from approximately $55 to $120 per guest, depending on the menu, service style, staffing level, and package. Premium entrees, rentals, florals, appetizers, cakes, bartenders, and other enhancements can increase the final per-person investment.
Applicable menus can include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free choices. Buffet dishes may be labeled, while plated dietary meals may require final quantities and a clear meal-identification system. Serious allergies should be shared early because food is prepared in a shared environment.
Yes. For Napa Valley catering, we can coordinate relevant service timing with the venue manager, wedding planner, rental providers, and other vendors. This may include access windows, floor plans, staging areas, dinner timing, equipment responsibilities, and cleanup deadlines.
Booking at least four to six weeks ahead is recommended, although sought-after Napa Valley weekends should be reserved much earlier when possible. Once the proposal is approved, a catering agreement is sent for signature. Orders over $3,000 also require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 10 days before the event.
Yes. Bartenders and expert bartenders are available for hire. We do not sell or furnish alcohol, so the couple or venue must purchase and provide it. Venue rules, service hours, insurance requirements, ice, mixers, refrigeration, and bar equipment should be confirmed during planning.
Full-Service Catering
The team prepares the catering area, organizes the food and equipment, provides the selected buffet, family-style, or plated service, replenishes dishes, and breaks down and cleans the contracted catering areas. Passed appetizers, beverages, rentals, florals, and tablescape styling may also be added.
Staffing is based on the guest count, service format, floor plan, venue access, and level of guest interaction. Buffets generally use about one server for every 25 guests, while plated dinners usually use one server for every 15 to 20 guests. Events of 50 or more commonly include a captain.
No. Gratuity is optional and is not automatically included. Service-related charges shown on a proposal are separate. When gratuity is provided, it is distributed among the team members who contributed to the event, including cooks, drivers, servers, bartenders, customer-service staff, and rental staff.
Inclusions vary by package. Some full-service options include ceramic plates, traditional utensils, glassware, and linens, while value-focused packages may use elegant disposable plates, utensils, and cups. Review the selected package carefully; upgraded rentals can be added when they are not included.
Three to four weeks of notice is recommended for the best availability. Some staffed orders may be accepted as late as 10 days before the event, but weekends and busy seasons can close sooner. Large winery events or celebrations involving extensive rentals and florals should be reserved earlier.
Most full-service packages begin at 25 guests. For a smaller gathering, drop-off catering with an attendant may provide helpful setup, food monitoring, and cleanup support without requiring a complete staffed package.
Yes. The food is prepared before arrival, so most events do not require an on-site commercial kitchen. We may still need a protected staging area, along with access to water, electrical outlets, refrigeration, or another workspace depending on the menu and service plan.
We serve Napa and consider full-service events in surrounding communities, including Fairfield and Vallejo, subject to the exact address and availability. Provide details about parking, loading, stairs, elevators, long carries, and venue access so staffing and delivery requirements can be evaluated accurately.
Boxed Meals
Boxed meals require a minimum of 25 boxes per meal. Classic and artisan boxed lunches may allow eligible sandwiches and wraps to be mixed within the order, while breakfast and dinner boxes generally require at least 25 of the same selected box.
Each meal is sealed and individually packaged with the appropriate utensils and a napkin. This format is convenient for corporate retreats, winery teams, conferences, transportation groups, outdoor programs, and any event where meals need to be distributed quickly.
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free boxes can be clearly labeled upon request. Provide the exact number needed in each category so the kitchen and delivery teams can organize the order correctly.
Cold boxes may generally remain at room temperature for up to two hours. Hot boxes arrive in insulated carriers and should generally be served within one hour. Schedule delivery close to the intended meal time and provide refrigeration when cold meals will be stored longer.
A minimum of 72 hours is required. Larger quantities, extensive dietary labeling, or several delivery stops may need at least five days. Napa, Fairfield, and Vallejo corporate catering orders should be placed early when a specific weekday arrival window is important.
Yes, provided each delivery address meets the $500 minimum. Additional delivery charges may apply. Supply every address, arrival time, box count, dietary list, access instruction, and on-site contact so the route can be reviewed before confirmation.
Cold breakfast and lunch boxes begin at approximately $18.75 per person. Hot lunch boxes begin around $30 per person, and hot dinner boxes begin around $40 per person. Premium choices, beverages, desserts, delivery, and other additions may change the final price.
Yes. Weekly and monthly corporate schedules may qualify for a dedicated coordinator and locked pricing. Recurring boxed meals can support staff lunches, executive meetings, training programs, winery teams, hospitality employees, and rotating shifts.
Holiday Catering
Holiday dates fill quickly, so booking three to five weeks ahead is recommended for likely availability. Popular weekday lunches and Thursday-through-Saturday celebrations may close earlier, especially when the event requires staff, rentals, or multiple service periods.
Yes. We offer buffet, family-style, and plated holiday meals for organizations ranging from approximately 25 to more than 400 guests. A Napa Valley catering proposal can include setup, attendants, rentals, bartenders, florals, tablescapes, and cleanup of the catering areas.
Yes. Holiday entrees, sides, salads, breads, and desserts can be ordered a la carte for a casual office meal or family celebration. The food arrives prepared and ready to serve, while your group handles the meal and cleanup unless attendants are added.
A limited number of events are accepted on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve, and holiday surcharges apply. The company is closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Yes. Tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, serving equipment, seasonal centerpieces, floral arrangements, and coordinated tablescapes may be added. This is useful for Napa, Fairfield, and Vallejo catering when one team needs to organize both the meal and its presentation.
A holiday booking cancelled at least 72 hours before the event is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. A cancellation made with less than 72 hours of notice is subject to a 100% fee because food, staff, rentals, and other resources may already have been committed.
Florals
Available options include bud-vase groupings, table centerpieces, statement arrangements, floral meadows, arches, mantle installations, custom bloom bars, flower-crown bars, balloon arches, and complete tablescape styling coordinated with linens and china.
You can review the published floral offerings and arrangement types on the page. For a more tailored design, request a custom proposal based on the venue, colors, inspiration images, desired pieces, event style, and working budget.
Current starting points include bud-vase clusters from $95 for three, lush centerpieces around $195 to $350 per table, statement arrangements from $350 to $600, tabletop broken arches from $800, meadows from $400 to $600, installations from $1,350 to $8,500, mantle designs from about $750 to $2,000, and bloom bars from $48 per guest.
Yes. Share preferred varieties, colors, inspiration, and any flowers you do not want. Specific requests are honored when available. When a stem is unavailable or out of season, the designer may choose a comparable flower that preserves the intended color, texture, scale, and overall Napa Valley aesthetic.
Booking three to four weeks ahead is recommended. Some smaller orders may be accepted with approximately 10 days of notice, depending on the date, complexity, staffing, and flower availability. Large arches, meadows, bloom bars, and custom installations should be reserved earlier.
Setup is included so arrangements are placed in their intended locations before guests arrive. Breakdown and disposal may be added when you want the team to return after the event and remove flowers, mechanics, structures, and floral waste included in the agreed scope.
Yes. Fresh flowers may be kept upon request, and guests are welcome to take arrangements or individual stems. Some vessels, arches, stands, structures, or mechanics may be rental items and must remain at the venue for collection; those items will be identified in advance.
Rentals
Options include chiavari and resin chairs, guest tables with standard linens, cocktail tables, buffet tables, china, flatware, glassware, chafing dishes, and selected tabletop pieces. Floral and tablescape additions may also be coordinated with the rental plan.
Yes. Share the guest count, service style, room dimensions, floor plan, and a list of venue-owned furniture or tabletop items. We can help identify the remaining tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glassware, and serving equipment without duplicating what is already available.
On-site attendants are required for delivery, setup, safe handling, breakdown, and preparation for collection. This ensures that commercial furniture, china, glassware, and serving equipment are installed correctly and are not left for the client or venue staff to move.
There is no strict minimum dollar amount for the rental products themselves. However, staffing is mandatory for every rental order and affects the total price. Rentals are therefore usually most practical when combined with Napa catering, florals, or a staffed package.
Yes. Every rented guest table includes one standard linen, with a broad range of colors available. Specialty fabrics, layered linens, runners, or other upgrades may cost more when available.
Normal wear from proper event use is covered. Significant damage, breakage, loss, or items unavailable for pickup are billed at replacement cost. Attendants oversee setup and breakdown, but the client remains responsible for the inventory while it is being used.
Delivery typically takes place on the event date, approximately two to four hours before the start time. Pickup may occur later that night or the following morning, depending on venue access. Provide loading instructions, stairs, elevators, parking restrictions, long carries, and firm exit deadlines in advance.
